Standard Event

Fully staffed and equipped childcare from ceremony through last dance. We bring activities, snacks, and rest areas — all ages welcome. Our most complete coverage, designed so you don't have to think about the children once.

Quiet, focused care during your ceremony so every parent can be fully present at the moment that matters most. Ideal for shorter events or couples who need coverage for the ceremony alone.

Off-Site Events

Professional childcare at a location separate from your main venue. Self-contained setup with all services included. Real-time updates, full coordination. Travel fees may apply beyond 30 miles.

Holiday Surcharge

50% surcharge during holiday season (Thanksgiving week, Christmas Eve–New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July). Holiday base rate: $1,500 / additional hour: $82.50.

Travel Fees

No charge within 30 miles of Hudson Valley. 30–60 miles: $50. 60–90 miles: $100. Beyond 90 miles: contact us for a custom quote.
